This little guy works great as long as he doesn't get stuck. Once he gets stuck, its will not stop trying to get unstuck and will potentially damage itself.
The self empty feature is worth the extra cost.
Wants/ Needs improvment
there should have been a camera installed on this too. The lidar does great finding walls, but not so great with object avoidance.

The smarthings app is buggy, after so many years samsung still hasn't quite gotten it right.

Better than my old vacuum

Great Robot Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only purchased this because I got a really good deal on it but I'm glad I did. The vacuum never gets lost like my other one so you don't have to babysit it. It cleans well and picks up a lot of fine dust. The only cons are: replacement parts do not seem to be available, the map can be hard to create no go zones, the dust bin is a little small, and you have to go into the app to cancel alerts or the vacuum will keep alerting you over and over. I prefer to just receive 1 alert. I do also wish you could turn the charging light off. I was hoping I could keep this in my bedroom but the light is too bright.

Good vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this for several months. Had an issue with the first one and sent it back for repair without any issues. Container is a bit small if you have dogs that shed alot like mine. It's a good supplemental vacuum for in-between weekly vacuuming.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking for robot vacuum and I came across Jet Bot. it was at a great price and I bought it! setup was easy using my Samsung phone. it took a minute to map the house but after that, you can choose which area needs cleaning and you can just clean this area. this is a neat bot and the self cleaning station is just awesome! it gets stuck sometimes in corners and you have to nudge it to continue cleaning.
I would recommend this to a friend!
