love this thing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It runs while I sleep, gets all the dog hair from 4 dogs. I never hear a thing, but my ap tells me what happened. I have a split-level house so on the weekends I put the robot upstairs. and it gets the bedrooms. So love this one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

soso, but side brush is trash

Please know that this is not the experience we want you to have. Regarding your concern, to help you with this, I suggest we clean the brush as this can cause the side brush to be weak.

I suggest you check the link to your user manual for assistance. Please go to page 28.

Returns to charging station every 2 minutes

i ordered this vacuum and it returned to the charging station every 2 minutes and never cleaned. i submitted a warranty repair request and got the vacuum replaced. the new one does the exact same thing. our old samsung robot worked great for years. this one has been utterly useless. i tried to submit another warranty repair request and it won't let me even though the warranty isn't expired.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features with a few recommendations

Bag seems to be getting filled fast and requires frequent change.
What is needed:
1) Ability to add or remove rooms in the app while Cleaning
2) Ability to map more than one floor and choose the floor before starting to clean
