This product is amazing, and I recommended it to others, because it really picks up the dust and trash. I am really impressed with it. I had an iRobot, but the two products do not compare. I would recommend again in a heartbeat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the first couple of work of months work ok. Then the brush broke could not just order one you had to go though warranty for one. Took to long to find out that you had to go through that. Now just sent it back to be repaired for not wanting to clean 20 sq ft. Well still not working right. So the only way to get it to do the whole house was take the smartthing off phone an run it manual and not from phone. Paid to much for the thing for it not to be working right.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If a brush or a brush cover is not assembled correctly, scratches may occur on the floor, or product malfunction may occur. Since the brush sweeps dirt up from the floor during cleaning, foreign matter, such as a thin and long thread, long hair, etc., may get caught in it. For the best cleaning results, check and clean it regularly.
