[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this vacuum in October because it had good reviews. It is a good vacuum but cannot go over thick rugs. It gets stuck and you have to move it to other spots in the room. It picks up really well and it do recommend if using on floors, not for thick carpet or rugs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Vacuum is Awesome! Samsung support-not so much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned a few of these, and they are the best robot vacuum currently out there. However, my first one had a problem that would not connect to Smart things. The support experience may have been one of the worst ever.
