It didn't Connect with App

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't able to get the unit to connect with the App and I was never able to get the Jet Bot Vacuum to work. I would have been more than happy to get an exchange had it been offered so I can test out the features as it had so much to offer on paper.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love it but need improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product 4 weeks ago and using it. i love it so far with reasons below.
1. Easy to install: the robot vaccum was easily to unpack and install it before using it since there are not many parts were included. Remove the tapes and connect the power outlet in the wall
2. Easy to use : I alread had the Smart things application in my phone, so it was easy to add the vacuum in the smart thing app.
To make the robot clean is also simple. Only few steps took to run it.
Run Smart things > Devices > select Run icon
>> this is the best part that i'm using it. and i can recommend this to elder people
3. Package: The package made of eco-friendly material seems to think about the global environment, so it's good.

There was one thing that disappointed me.
"High-Efficiency Brush
Cleans carpets and floors effectively and minimizes tangles. The high efficiency brush has fine, anti-static fibers. Self-cleaning extractors grind up hairs to avoid tangles around the brush."
One day, i got the warning message that the vacuum machine needs to be checked and i checked the machine and hair was stuck in the bottom of the robot.
So i took out the brush and cut the hair off.
it happened after this robot cleand my whole room 7 times.
Do I have to remove my hair regularly? but the description says " Self-cleaning extractors grind up hairs to avoid tangles around the brush."
this feature needs to be improved.
