Love the innovation design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how easy it was to set up and is great to use the app. I also liked how the vacuum did a run through of my home to get familiar within it. There is little noise when it is running and no whistling sound. I think the water filter is a great idea to help save on energy and get your home cleaner. I liked the no go zones because I feel better knowing it’s cleaning the right areas of my home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a huge upgrade from my previous robovac. The cleaning station is a big plus, but the true genius is in the LiDAR scanning of the entire home. It does not bang around trying to find it's way, once mapped out, it knows exactly where to go and what to avoid.
The samsung app, though a bit clunky at times, does a good job. We only use it on hard surfaces, but the cleaning has been great. I have used the spot clean feature multiple times so far and its pretty accurate and useful when you just want to clean a spill or a high use area again. After each cleaning is completed, you can check the cleaning report to see what areas were actually cleaned.
Self empty feature is really nice, after a month of cleaning there is still plenty of room in the dust bag. Though hair does get stuck on the brushes, they are easy to take out and clean.
No complaints!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Samsung bot vacuum has officially been named Nigel. He is our butler who cleans our floors nightly. We have about 500 square feet of LVP and 3 small dogs. Nigel is deployed and vacuums the entire downstairs in about an hour. We love how he gets under the table and chairs, coffee table and easily navigates other furniture.
The self emptying bin is amazing and is often full of dog hair that is easily sucked into the bag and we just have to throw it out. It's pretty neat the way maps out the cleaning area so you can see where it cleaned. It's not too large and is pretty inconspicuous in our living room. Why didn't we get one sooner!?

A nice robotic vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how easy this vacuum is to set up and how it 'talks' to you and lets you know what it is doing. It does very well with picking up crumbs and pet hair and does not get hung up on thresholds. It is a bit tall and unable to get under some furniture that my other robotic vacuums could do. The app was also easy to set up. I deducted 2 stars because the rubber on the brush is already fraying after only one month of use. A cool feature of this vacuum is that it intuitively adjusts the suction power based on the type of flooring and amount of dirt that it senses. You can also map out your house in the app and choose areas you want it to avoid like where your pet food station is. I cannot give it more than 3 stars since it is already falling apart after only a month. It also has no problem finding its way back home to charge.

I'm terribly sorry for your experience. I know performance is important and we appreciate your feedback. To help with this concern; When there’s too much dust in the Dustbin, suction power may get weakened. Turn off the power switch and empty the Dustbin. I hope this helps. ^Pat

Great bot+vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this not vacuum it's bigger than the other ones I have seen. Samsung jet bot+vacuum with cleaning station it cleans wonderful I love the app and it is very easy to use. I also received this product at a discounted price in order to give my honest review and this is my honest review the Samsung jet bot vacuum is great. It is a lot bigger than what I initially thought which is wonderful. I like it better than the Roomba vacuum. And it is wonderful because it does not fall down the steps it actually stops. It has so many functions to it it goes from wood floors to rugs with no problem. I love the way it goes back to the cleaning station and cleans itself out. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who has a big house or even a small one.

Next Level Robot Vacuum!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vacuum has a alot of suction power and quite than other brands. The Jet Bot was able to map the floor in 2 tryouts better than other brands. It finds its way through all the rooms with the map with ease. Its able to vacuum my1200 sqft home with a single charge and I love the boundary programming its so easy and no need for extra accessories to create boundaries. The Jet Bot automatic adjusts the suction to pick up if there is more to pick up. It did not get stuck on threshold or under furniture it did exceptionally well with all the different floor textures. I also love that I dont need another application to download cause smartthings app works for all my devices including some that are not samsung brand. It's easy to add and register via the smartthings app. I must say I love color, it looks sleek and fancy I dont have to hide it fro guest cause it looks great on my floor. I love it! Sorry iRobot but after 6 years you just got replaced!!!

The Best All in One Robot Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned the Samsung Jet™ Bot+ Vacuum with Clean Station for about a few month and I have to say hands down this is one of the best robot vacuums I have owned. The Bot+ is a general upgrade over the previous models. It has better objection and collision recognition and seems to operate quieter than my Samsung Powerbot 7065. If you are in the market for the Bot+ I highly recommend going for the one that comes with the Clean Station. The convenience of emptying out the dust bin and also minimizing dust particles is a huge plus for me. The SmartThings app has seen small improvements as well. You can get no go zones and change the patterns in which the vacuum cleans a room. You also have the ability to change how much suction you want the vacuum to use. Overall I was very satisfied with my purchase, I don't have a huge house but I never once had an issue with the battery life. I have verified that it does have 90 minutes of run time when I switch the vacuum to run in repeat mode. I recommend this to anyone in the market for a Robot/Dustbin combo.
