[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent this amazing machine and immediately fell in love!! The cleaning power of this small appliance blew me away! So unobtrusive and quiet I hardly know its there and the No-Go Zone/ Select & Go setting is so easy to use. I love that the JetBot Automatically adjusts suction power to clean with power control technology, And that Releases clean air with an advanced 5-layer filtration system, giving me the satisfaction of knowing my floors are clean and I dont have to worry. Such an outstanding product that I tell ALL my friends about it!

Best Vacuum bot from Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Samsung Vacuum bot at my doorstep a couple of weeks ago. Unboxing and setup were really simple and hardly took 20 minutes. The book is not sleek compared to the other ones that I used. The bot started mapping the whole floor and provided me a notification on the phone once done. The mapping was detailed and was able to identify the stuff that was obstructing it(Like chairs and center table).
I invited my friend's pet to see how a good jet bot can clean pet hair. It was the best in cleaning the floor. It outperformed all my previous bots. frankly, I didn't get a chance to test out the mopping feature but I hardly mop on my floor.
The smart things app was well made and registering the device was simple. The bot has voice commands and was following my instructions clearly. After the cleaning it announces that it is automatically heading back to charging station and that is a cool feature. It has many sensors on it that can tell if I'm picking up the device or moving it.
Overall it is a very good device and worth the money spent. The only improvement I can observe is the trash bin is very small and needs to be changed every couple of times a week. A bigger trash bin would make the cleaning task simpler.

The Jet Bot Robot Vacuum from Samsung has an elega

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The setup is easy; there is a QR code on the Vacuum that directs to videos on how to do it. The app can use more updates but overall it works well. The bot starts by mapping out the house and figuring out on how to clean. The Vacuum talks to let us know if something is needed or what it’s about to do, impressive. It scans the room to know where to vacuum and using the strips included, we got it from going near cables. The No-Go Zone is a plus do not have to worry about areas we do not want it to go to. The Vacuum cleans well on both the hardwood floors and the area rugs and when coming back home it is easy to empty the small container. Cleaning the brushes on the vacuum is also very easy, just take them off and clean. Using the Bot is much easier than vacuuming ourselves since it can do it while nobody is home. Live cleaning report is also another good feature, lets us know what is doing or what it did. We really like the Samsung smart Bot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Jet Bot Robot Vacuum from Samsung is so cool and intelligent. Right out of the box it looks elegant and of high quality. There is a video by scanning the QR code on it that shows what to do, you can also read the instructions but I like the visual instructions instead. It shows you also how to look for the app and how to sync it. The Jet Bot utilizes the Wi-Fi to connect and this enables communication to me even if I am not in or around the house. The app can use more options or easier to control but it does the job well, it enables where to clean and when to clean, we like this because we do not need to be home for it to work. No more loud vacuuming when at home, it can do it when nobody is home. We have both hardwood floor and area rugs and it cleans both. And the No Go Zone is convenient since we do not want it to clean the area where the cables are, so it does not. The LIDAR sensors also help it to get around and it does well. The Jet Bot talks, so it sounds cool when it lets you know what it is doing or what it needs like the filter needs to be changed. I wished I had this for some time, saved us time to clean the floors. The reservoir is easy to take out and clean and I am glad it picks up almost everything just like a regular vacuum, it has picked up the dogs hair that is very small and gets all over the place.
We are enjoying it. every day.

Good Robotic Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This robotic vacuum works very well and I’m happy with its performance. My floors stay clean and I spend less time vacuuming. It also performs much better than prior robotic vacuums we’ve owned as it is always able to return to its base for charging without getting lost along the way. Voice control and the app control mostly work well, despite being difficult to set up individual rooms and no-go zones. The app really needs to be updated — it’s way too clunky and tedious for something made by Samsung, and I received various error messages in Korean while naming rooms. I suspect they will update it soon and it won’t be an issue anymore. Thankfully there are buttons on the vacuum itself to pause or resume cleaning and send it back to its base to charge. Despite the app issues I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a robotic vacuum.

Great for Dog Hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first robot vacuum and I have to say, I'm mostly satisfied. I really like the Lidar and mapping feature, I feel like it did a good job mapping out my home in the SmartThings app. You can set no-go zones, but I found it highly frustrating trying to make small no-go zones in the app, I actually prefer to use the included boundary magnets. I use the boundary magnets on my basement stairwell (the vacuum does have cliff sensors, but this gives me an extra sense of security as it does slightly cross the line), my dogs water dish, a fan and a boot tray that the vacuum kept attacking as it they weren't even there. You also need to make sure there aren't any cords or anything that can get stuck in the brush on the floor, though the robot will alert you via voice and the app if it does end up getting stuck. It changed my family's habits of placing things on the floor and actually forces us to be a little more tidy.
On to the actual cleaning performance, I'm pretty impressed with the amount of dirt and hair it collects on a daily basis. I was also surprised to see it is able to clear the 1+ inch threshold going into my kitchen. I set up a schedule, cleaning mode, and suction power in the SmartThings app, which also shows you where the vacuum is on a map of your house, which is also great for troubleshooting. I sometimes have to supervise using the app to make sure that the vacuum thoroughly cleaned my home. I noticed on occasion it will skip part of my living room even though there are no obstacles whatsoever and occasionally I'll find it stuck in the corner of my kitchen on top of the threshold. Besides those minor peeves, it actually cleans the entire area very well. My home is all wood and vinyl floors with rugs throughout. We have 2 dogs that shed often. It's amazing that I rarely have to vacuum or sweep anymore. I feel like I have a robotic live-in maid.
