Assembly: assembly overall took me about 4-4.5 hours. It is very impressive how much cardboard they can fit into one giant cardboard box. Instructions were pretty straight-forward and easy to understand. I'm not the handiest person out there so most people could probably knock it out quicker. The only drawback I saw was that the instructions and the boxes had one switchup--the parts inside of the box labeled "I" were actually the parts inside of the box for "J". Took me longer than I'd like to admit to realize that.
Like #1: There's a lot to like. I love the added storage compartment underneath the stovetop burner. It even has a little spot where you can conveniently store your seasonings. Very convenient and concealed magnetic door.
Like #2: I also think the interchangeable components below the sear grates are a fantastic idea. You can simply remove the standard grilling grates and put double-sided sear grates (for grilling steaks), a glazed baking stone (for cooking a pizza), a wok, or even a cast iron skillet right onto your grill. The frame that all these additional pieces can sit on sits flush underneath the standard cooking grates, which is very convenient (i.e., you can leave it on there even if normal grilling). See picture. Or if you don't want to keep it there, it fits nicely in the storage compartment.
Like #3: extendable top tray. This is also a nifty idea. I haven't owned a grill that had one of these. I also haven't used it yet, and in all likelihood it won't come in handy too often for me. But when you're grilling burgers/hot dogs for dozens of people, that extra space will come in handy. It stays concealed nicely and when it folds out it feels very sturdy. Dislike: relatively minor in the grand scheme of things, but I wish that this came with larger, more rugged wheels. I personally like to grill in the driveway on occasion, and pushing this through the grass in my backyard all the way to the front of the house was a little tough. That being said, moving this around the patio is simple. It has wheels that lock, and when it's on a smooth surface, the wheels glide nicely.
Overall: Overall, I would give this grill a 9.5/10. This thing is awesome. Very intuitive, and steaks have come out perfect when using the searing feature.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This grill is absolutely fantastic! It was surprisingly easy and straightforward to assemble. My husband and I were extremely impressed by how sleek and gorgeous this grill is. We were also impressed by all of the features this grill has. I love the burner, it makes it so easy to prepare sides right where my husband is grilling the meat. This grill cooks steak to perfection no matter how you like it cooked. It really cooks any meat to perfection. I love the storage areas included in this grill. There's enough space for every tool and utensil we need. The extra large side table is a huge bonus because it makes prepping and serving a breeze. We love this grill so much and have so much fun using it that we are already planning on buying a bunch of the accessories that are available so we can do even more with this amazing grill!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took my husband and a friend approximately 1 1/2 hours to put the grill together. It was certainly worth it! It has great features, cooked quickly and evenly. Very sturdy, well built. Would highly recommend.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This grill is great. Putting together did take some time, using the app with video directions helped a lot. It is nice and heavy duty. It is obvious that this grill was built to last. As for using the grill itself, the best part was there were no flare ups at all while cooking. The size is perfect for our family of 5. 3 burners is plenty of space. I really like that the top rack is expandable. Looking forward to purchasing some of the accessories to make for an even better experience.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this grill to replace my 4 year old one and man im so happy i did. I found this grill to be a little process to put together (but i despise putting things together, i did find an online video though! haha) so dont listen to me there i guess but once it was put together it was a great addition to dinners. My old one died so we didn't use a grill for a while and I forgot how much we missed out on great meals.
This grill cooks evenly, no major hotspots. It's a solid make and construction. Its easy to move around if needed but most of the time i keep mine in the same spot. The side burner is fun to use but i dont use it all too often. I tested it out and worked perfect. This would be great if you dont have a gas stove in the house. This grill also holds heat really well some of the cheaper ones will either keep heating and heating and heating or it will leak heat and never get up to temp. We did not have this issue.
I've been through a number of grills, Webber is now my go-to, they cost a $$ but they are worth every penny. The cheap ones rust out quick, have crazy hot spots and never last. I would suggest getting a grill cover though it would help extend the life and look.
I would highly recommend this grill or any one in the general family of these webster grills.
Love the heat control on this grill. I can sear my meat then control the temp as desired to finish with a moist and flavorful piece of meat. I think that I have used it every weekend since I purchased it.
