Excellent quality and feature packed grill. This was my first grill purchase and after countless hours of research, I selected the S-335 as the front runner. This grill not only looks great but feels solid, no creaks, squeaks, or wobbles. The added features sealed the deal. From the Weber Crafted accessories which really expand on the capabilities of this grill to the little details that make a huge difference such as the hidden tank storage with external gas guage, storage locker separate from the main storage area, swivel casters, and larger prep area, this grill has exceeded my expectations. I have used it nearly everyday since I purchased it and I have yet to find anything that I dislike.

We bought this grill as a birthday gift. We spent 4.5 hours assembling it and found some extra parts that were unexplained in the directions. We were impressed with the searing feature and got great results from our first use. I like the evenness of the heat and how you can control the temperature to suit the type of foods that are cooking simultaneously. The side burner is great and allows you to get multiple items cooked and done together.

Was very pleased with the quality of the E-335 gas grill. This is our second Weber. First one is over 20 years old and still works. We wanted a newer version with all the fun accessories that you can use with it.

I love my new Weber Genesis grill. I am able to cook anything just as I want it. Controlling the temperature is easy and there are multiple variations to use depending on what I am cooking. I use it 3 to 4 times most weeks. I have also purchased several of the accessories from searing grade and pizza stone to rotisserie attachments and all are great. However, I did have one problem. Just under the handle I had a burn-through spot on the cover. I used the website warranty drop-down to submit my complaint. Within a half hour I was notified but a customer service associate the my warranty claim was accepted and a new cook box was on its way. I’ve never had such fantastic support. I’ve owned a early Genesis model about 15 years ago but had to sell it when I moved. I have a Weber kettle grill as well. It’s a warrior.
