This is a rugged, durable grill with a robust stainless steel grate and nice adjustable upper rack. It starts quickly, heats up quickly and I've even baked bread in it!

Compared with my old (2005) Genesis Silver, it’s a big upgrade in every feature that I’ve experienced so far. I especially like how it holds heat in windy or chilly weather, which makes it’s results much more consistent.
I also like that it has more powerful burners, the sear station with the optional searing grate, and the expanded upper tier rack, which is especially good for cooking corn on the cob or heating buns.
One disappointment is that I can’t get the special smoker box which only comes with the S 330 I A. I would have bought that grill, but I want the stainless steel lid and doors because my grill will live outside. I also wish the S 335 would have been available without the side burner, which I’ll probably never use.

I have been using Weber for at least 40 years, and although this new grill is great, it has caused me one large problem which I hope they will respond with an answer. I also bought a new Weber rotisserie (I have used the old ones before) and it DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. I put on two small Cornish Hens (they were centered properly) and while the spit was going around, it pulled away from the motor and the hens stopped turning. The motor works, so why did the spit pull away and stop?????
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are very happy with our Genisis. This is a very nice upgrade to our older Weber. The sear station is a great way to grill steaks. The grease clean up is a big improvement. We use this grill 2 or 3 times per week.
