I had been cooking on a nearly 20-year old Vermont Casting grill, which I loved. It went honorably but since they were no longer in production, I needed to find a new brand. Enter Weber. I spoke with backyard cooks that I know and respect, and they all said either the Genesis 335 or 435 model. I went with the 335 for space considerations on my deck.
After a couple of "control" meals, I was able to dial in the temperature, and am now giving the grill a workout. Steady performance, easy start, sleek style, and efficiently burning. Definitely happy with the choice.

My grill was defective so worked on warranty with Weber. I ended up working directly with the retailer who traded grill for grill. Looking forward to using the new grill. I am still a Weber fan!

I had an issue with the side tables pitting. I spoke through email with Weber, and after the usual red tape they sent me both side table replacements. This is my second Weber grill, the first I gave to a family member upon moving to new address. They are superior when it comes to temperature control. I’ve owned many other brands and they all eventually fail for one reason or another.

I am enjoying my new weber. It's the third time I've chosen weber over many other brands, even though I always look for the best, especially when it comes to grilling. Admittedly, I prefer to have someone assemble one for me, but it's still a high quality grill to enjoy cooking on.
