The first two times that I tried to use my weber - it was not really lighting Now it seems to be working ok
Is the side of the BBQ supposed to be open - has one panel but open above that panel? is this normal?

Your grill's ignition system should be reliable because it is the result of many years of research and design. If ever you are having trouble getting the grill to light, we first suggest checking your gas connection.

Very solid build quality and straightforward assembly instructions results in a high quality grill. Packaging was very thorough and protected each component during shipping. The grill lit up the first try and produced a delicious meal after the initial break in period. Very satisfied with this purchase.
