My grill doesn’t look so great due to the stickers and coating that was impossible to get off. Ruined the outside look. Love the large size - inside look. But sticky coating leaves outside looking very used. :(

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the frustration you're experiencing with leftover residue from your grill's protective film.
We recommend using an adhesive remover (like Goo-Gone, for example) to treat the affected areas. Then wash away the adhesive remover with soapy water, rinse, and dry the area. This should have your surfaces looking shiny and new!
We would like to offer our assistance, so please look for an email outreach soon. Thanks for being a Weber fan!
This is the third Weber Grill that I have owned over the last 30 plus years. Each one has been great. My last one was Genesis that U used for about 12 years and the inside bottom rusted out so I bought this one. The new one is better engineered with a larger working table and a useful storage cabinet.
Customer satisfaction, a back panel was dented in shipping and we called. We had a new panel in less than 3 days. Controls flare up great, even cooking, worth every penny!
Weber has improved it’s design and offers more usable space than ever. I like the design, ease of use and improved materials. Thank you for a quality product. GALSR
Heavier built than my previous grill. Like the sear zone for cooking certain types of food. All of the components seem to work very well. The accessories that are available aid in the ability to cook different foods.
