Grill doesnt have locking wheels as per the promis

wheels do not lock and its a brand new grill. I called the place that I purchased it from and they told me they dont work on grills or warranty grills. Now I need to call weber to figure out how to get the wheels to lock. its a total hassle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far an excellent product! The packaging rivals new exhibits at a museum! The app for assembling unit was easy to work with. I had a Weber grill that this new one replaced for twenty years. Now that’s a quality product. I would highly recommend this grill to anyone.

Great grill, heavier duty compared to the spirit. Built well, easy to assemble instructions. It does take about 1.5 hours to put together. Had it for 1 month now. Grill gets hot fairly quickly and evenly. Easily cooks thick steaks, chicken, fish, etc. nice top rack that is expandable. Searing station works well with bigger/wider cuts of meat. I am looking forward to enjoying the many years of grilling ahead. Highly recommended!
