The electronic ignitor was defective and had to be replaced...I'm still waiting for the part...otherwise it is a beautiful piece of equipment
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for your feedback. We want you to enjoy every feature of your beautiful new grill.
We appreciate your patience with the unexpected igniter issue, and we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced as a result. Your replacement part is on the way and will arrive very soon.
In the event that your grill cannot be ignited via the built-in system, your grill can be safely lit in a manual way. There is a match-holder under your side table that will extend the flame and allow you to ignite the burners. Please see this link (or your owner's guide) for instructions: https://consumer-care.weber.com/hc/en-us/sections/360003705252-Troubleshooting#article-11
We will follow up with you to make sure that everything is working perfectly. Please look for our email outreach. Thank you again and happy grilling!
This is my first Weber grill and my only disappointment is that I didn't purchase one years ago. The Weber heats up quickly and I am able to maintain or adjust the temperature without any . Flare-ups are minimal and the grease tray does a great job. Thanks Weber for making such a good product.
The side burner did not light up on new grill and customer support is asking me to try different things I am not qualified to do.

The gas regulator failed for the third time on this low quality grill.
Of course it happened just before a large family gathering each time and the grill could not be used.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate your feedback, and we are sorry to learn that you had issues getting your grill to work! That is not the experience we expect.
If your grill is not getting hot enough, the issue may be the LP tank or the lighting procedure. There is a safety mechanism built into your grill's regulator that will reduce gas flow if it detects low gas pressure.
Follow these instructions to reset the bypass safety mode. This is not only the reset, but how you want to light your grill each and every time.
Open the lid Make sure all knobs are in the off position (including side burner if applicable) Turn your LP tank on all the way Wait 60 seconds Turn the first burner to start/high Hit your igniter Turn on remaining burners one at a time and set each to high Close the lid Let your grill preheat to 500-550°F

Great product. However, discoloration occurred and didn’t think it would especially after only using it 6 times. Was told pieces were not covered for discoloration. I have another Weber I had for years and no discoloration at all on pieces. Mostly upset about warranty coverage
