Brilliantly engineered grill from the packaging through assembly. All parts fit perfectly and the included hardware matched the requirements. The grill itself works as it should without hotspots. Perfect size for a family of up to 5 or 6. Burner controls actually affect the temperature of the grill. The digital monitoring unit works flawlessly. Cons: A full propane tank is a bit difficult to hang if you are older. Suggestions: It would be nice if there was an battery holder for a couple of 18650 batteries to run the control board without having to use a battery bank or plug into a 110 outlet. Battery bank works fine but is a small pain to put in and remove. Overall rating: I love it
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Weber Connect Module was missing in original shipment, but Weber Customer Care handled the issue quickly and professionally.
Great grill, nice features. Smart temp and connectivity to the app are nice, but the real kicker is nice even heating across the entire surface area of the grill.
Great for cooking smart features are not worth it!

This grill works great for cooking but the smart features are almost useless and at most a novelty. The LCD screen is clunky and terribly designed. Other than the main temp the icons are so small you can barely read them. The icons are also unidentifiable from just looking at them. The screen does not have an auto off feature so it will stay on indefinitely if left on. The temp probe design is not great and is difficult to work with. The App is a joke and pretty much useless, I did get a popup about low propane the other day which was nice but I already knew I was almost out.
Let me start by saying I have been an ardent Weber user and fan for 30+ years. That has all changed over the past 4 months. This grill will not stay lit in moderate wind conditions, 10+ mph wind. I have never experienced this problem with a Weber or any grill or smoker for that matter. As a long time consumer and fan of Weber grills I expected to get this issue resolved through customer service. How foolish of me! I was asked to provide video of the problem, super, now I just have to wait for a windy day. I did just that and sent the video. The response was an email listing the most elementary steps to operating a grill. Then a couple of days later they asked if the email solved my problem because they wanted to immediately close the service request. To be concise, no, it did not solve the problem. Long story short, I have a grill that doesn’t stay lit in any situation where we have more than a slight breeze and zero resolution from customer support. Weber will never get any of my money in the future, terrible service. Silly me for being such a long time consumer.
If I knew I would have to have a portable battery pack outside all the time I would have gotten a different model. I do not want to have a wire draping across my deck to keep it plugged in either.
