This is my 3rd Weber grill I've owned. My new Genesis SX-325 replaced a Genesis I purchased in 2010. I love the smart feature app, Bluetooth connectivity to my iPhone was easy to setup. The smart display on the grill is a great addition which shows the cooking temperature, propane tank life and connectors for temperature probes which display the internal temp of what you are cooking, all viewable on your smart phone. This grill is built Weber quality throughout. As someone who grills 12 months of the year, I fully expect this unit to last as long as my others.
thought it was ok. I'll know better when I've used it a little more.

I've had a Weber for 10 years and was ready for a new grill. This product is solid and I really like the design and how it works. I bought the Smart version and am just getting used to using the additional features which I like so far (notification of grill temp and ability to use the temperature probe for cook temperature). I didn't realize but you should note that there are two grill types: 7mm diameter stainless steel cooking grates (my preference) and porcelain-enameled, cast iron cooking grates. Buy with confidence!
It's certainly bigger than my previous Weber grill. I've only used it once and it worked fine. I'd like it better if I didn't have to run an extension cord in order to plug it in to use the grill temp and probe. If it lasts as long as my previous Weber I'll be thrilled.
