We wish we could pair at least 2 smart devices (IPhone/IPad) to the grill Smart unit! We like the “sear” burner addition! As always, the Weber grill has been our “go to” grill for over 30 years!

I really like this grill. It is an upgrade from my last weber. What I don’t like is the clunkiness of hooking up the power to run the display. I have yet to figure out how to turn it off. So when I’m running on a power pack, the battery drains. If you don’t have that feature, it’s not a problem. I did have a problem with the quick connect for my natural gas. I called Weber and they automatically sent me a new one.

We appreciate your feedback, thank you! We understand your concern with the USB power bank drawing power even after the controller had been powered off. This is a design feature that is meant to allow your USB power bank to be used as a backup in the event that your grill loses power from the main outlet.
To turn the Weber Connect Smart controller display off, hold down the check button for 3 seconds until it beeps.
We recommend always unplugging the power source, whether it be a rechargeable power bank or the main power cord (or both) after you finish using your grill. These components should be stored indoors. If you need to preserve power from your power bank while it is plugged in, try powering down the power bank itself.
Our Care team is following up via email now. Thank you again for being part of the Weber family!
The grill is great. One of the doors handles was loose from the factor. Hopefully weber takes care of it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the Genesis EX-325s. We are so sorry to hear about your door handle being loose. We are here to help get this resolved quickly. Our Care team will be reaching out to assist you further. Please look for our outreach soon. Thank you!
The grill assembly took a little time, but everything fit perfectly. The grill has very even heat and I do like the Weber Craft functionality. My big disappointment was the Weber App can only connect to one grill. Since mine is connected to my Weber Smoke Fire, I can’t connect it to this grill unless I delete the Smoke Fire and install this grill. This means I can’t use the Weber App for this grill.
