Purchased via online retailer on August 6, delivered on August 8. Assembly took place August 13 & 14. Finally operational September 11 - a month later. Assembly took about 3-4 hours and was much more involved on this model than expected.
The tool provided by Weber for use a smartphone was very helpful. I was able to zoom in to see details and connections inside the grill.
The difficulty that required two warranty support calls was the connection of the Natural Gas hose. Specific instructions weren't included in the Installation Instructions, resulting in 2 damaged hoses that had to be replaced.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The genesis SX - 325S is it very well constructed grill and over all excellent quality. So far the grill has performed excellent and I’ve had good results with my grilling. I am also enjoying it the Weber app and like the function that I can check the temperature on my phone and it even alerts me when the food reaches the proper temperature. I do wish the construction of the sides parts of the grill where created with thicker steel, it is fairly thin and I am concerned about how well it will hold up particularly the side where the propane tank hangs. Overall it seems to be an excellent product.
