The design of this grill is really dumb. The electric cord connection hangs out of the farthest reach possible under the right side tray table at the rear of the grill and the on/off switch is also there. IT IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO PLUG IN THE GRILL OR TURN ON THE MASTER SWITCH WITHOUT LAYING ON YOUR BACK TO FIND THE MODULE!!. PLUS IF YOU HAVE THE GRILL AGAINST A WALL OR IN A CORNER THAT PAST OF THE GRILL IS VERY DIFFICULT TO REACH. This is probably the most stupid feature I have ever experienced with an appliance. If this was in an outside kitchen you would have to move the entire grill out of its nook to plug it in to turn it on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Didn’t expect such a difference honestly. Use to “good deal” stainless grills with cast iron racks, but spent the money and have been really surprised. Food cooks predictably and even. Seems to even taste better! Love the fact they put walls up on the top rack and also made it expandable. Really enjoying the grille!
I love the Genesis. I bought this one to replace a 12 year old Genesis. I have only used it twice, but already love the new features. It is a great grill.
Love how hot I can get this grill. Cooked everything from steak to pizzas. The on board electronics and wifi connections make it even easier and more convenient. Love my Weber.
High quality high tech grill that has many useful features other grills don't have.

Weber is still the best. This grill does everything as advertised. It is a quality piece. The Weber at our other house is at least 15 years old and still works perfectly.
