No support for fitting on natural gas bbq

They have no fitting adapters, their support consists of sorry we don’t provide that service or product

I should’ve purchased a less expensive model. I hate the fact that in order to read grill temp the grill has to be plugged into either a wall outlet or an external battery. Almost prefer my much older Spirit.

Weber has so many features to choose from. I love having the searing zone and digital temperature monitor built in. Monitoring everything on my phone allows, me to be in the kitchen and still in control. Another great feature is the side storage compartment for extra parts like my griddle. Lastly, I have natural gas. The cooking always stays consistent for me and you never run out of fuel while grilling.
There are a couple things that could be improved. First I wish the cabinet area was more closed off like the summit cabinets. I hear many complaints that critters get into the cabinet. I also wish the fuel gage could be more accurate. I have been cooking with the gage showing <10% for some time. Not sure if that could be improved or not. I would also be nice to see that on the display on the grill. I hate needing to use the phone app to see it.
1. The grill was missing the power cord. First time they sent the wrong cord USB?? It took over a month to get the correct cord. 2. On every opening and closing, the lid hits the base on the right side. We have tried to adjust it but no success. We are very disappointed considering what we paid for it. 3. The Connect App tries to download an update but fails every time. 4. The unit is LP and we have it plumbed into our house supply at our lake cabin ie no 20lb tank hooked up. The app continues to send Low Fuel Warnings. Very annoying. There should be a method to turn off the warning.
