Very simple but time consuming to assemble. Only issue during assembly was the plastic push pins used to support numerous lines would break upon insertion into steel plating.

Great grill I used this a couple of times since I put it together and I love it. This is my first Weber gas grill and it is a solid unit. I’ve had many Weber charcoal grills and they all worked great this is why I spent the extra money on this fine grill. I look forward to many years with my new Weber grill
