This is our 2nd Weber and we are impressed. We’ve owned a couple of different high end luxury grills and this Weber is as good if not better. Plus, we like the portability vs the built in island that we previously had.
We love our new Weber, the connection to the phone is pretty cool and has been surprisingly helpful. I haven't found anything negative with the grill. We also added the griddle and sear plate as extras, excited to try those out soon.
I just love my new Genesis SX-335 gas grill - BUT - assembly was very difficult. The assembly instructions video was very helpful, however, it was very hard to reach and/or see some of the nuts and bolts. I had to buy a flexible driver for my drill to get to some of them. I'm 81 years old, so that may be part of the problem but I recommend you rethink the assembly process and try to make it easier. The auto-light system worked at first but failed after first use. I suspect I did not route the wiring correctly and a wire burned during first use. I'll look for a long barrel butane lighter and use that. I still highly recommend the Gesessis grill, but try to get it already assembled.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for your feedback regarding the Genesis SX-335. We are so sorry to hear about your experience with the assembly. We are happy to share this information with our team.
Regarding any future assembly. Keep in mind we have step-by-step, 3D assembly assistance via the BILT app to complement our printed assembly guide and that is a great tool for anyone assembling the grill to use.
We are so sorry to hear about the igniter going out. We want to know more about what happened to further assist you.
Our Care team will be reaching out to follow up. Please look for our outreach soon. Thank you!
