So far only satisfaction is what i felt. Its a very well built grill and enjoyable to use. Very satisfied with what I have cooked. Weber Connect is very practical and helpful.
As far as the usage and functionality of the grill; it is GREAT. It holds the temp well and the display works well. I like using the app and I have added a suggestion for functionality. However the paint on the exterior of the cook box started peeling right out of the box before any cooking started. You did send me a replacement cook box but I bought the grill already assembled and cannot disassemble and reassemble the grill myself. I will have to live with the peeling paint.

Igniting each burner is questionable - First grill one burner did not ignite - second grill ignition for all burners, I had to wiggle a wire to get ignited. I haven't used the grill since.

It is not unusual for the igniter wires to become loose during shipping and assembly. You can access the igniter module box underneath your grill, on the lefthand side cabinet wall, to check the connections. Try unplugging and plugging each wire completely back into the port.
Your Grill Owner's Guide contains a handy wire chart reference to help you ensure that each wire is connected and in its proper place.
It is also possible for the igniter electrodes to shift during shipping. These are the white, square pieces that sit at the front of your burner and create a spark to ignite the gas. Make sure each one is nested and in a parallel position with the burner, not facing up or bent down into the burner.
With a little troubleshooting, most igniter frustration can be quickly resolved at home. In a last-case scenario, when the igniter will not spark or light the burner, your grill can be safely lit in a manual way. Got this grill as a housewarming present from my dad. Great grill with plenty of space and heat. I look forward to getting some of the Weber crafted accessories. Glad I went with the all stainless steel. Should last many years.
I have been a charcoal guy for well over 20 years but since moving to Colorado and limited on using my charcoal grill due to burning restrictions I purchased a gas grill. This Weber is really nice. Heats up quickly and evenly. I cooked a pork loin last weekend and the smart feature allowed me to monitor the meat while I did other things well away from the grill. Assembly was easy and I was grilling within a couple hours of starting to put it together. I look forward to many years of use.
