Ordered this grill on July 4th., and received it a week later, we were so excited that we immediately started to assemble, but our enthusiasm soon died as we discovered that the oil drip pan and the wire holder set were missing. Today, 8/6, we are still waiting for all of the replacement parts, so that we can finally use our grill. Very disappointed that Quality Assurance missed an entire essential set of parts.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The home I sold included my Weber (buyer request) but the house I bought came with a seemingly nice grill. It was ok but I couldn't stand it's mediocre results and bought a new Weber. Twice in 40 years I owned a different brand and switched back within a couple years. You certainly pay for a Weber but nothing else comes close to the quality and experience of a Weber. My new SX-335 Smart Grill is delivering the same excellent Weber cook but with added features to take the experience and quality results one step further. Excellent grill!

Love it- the seer station is amazing. Our previous grill had our steaks tasting like they were boiled and now they are fabulous everything we’ve cooked on it has been amazing. Thank you. I did have issues with a piece missing for assembly, but that was resolved.
