Our grill was delivered with a defect in the lead - Weber was very quick to send a replacement part. Grill works great wouldn’t recommend any other brand.
This is easily the best grill I’ve ever owned. I’m still adjusting to it but it cooks beautifully. The sear zone is wonderful and storage is great. Is this grill perfect? No. Some things that would make it better would include. A larger burner on the left side (non-sear zone. If you’re cooking with cast iron over there it’s not enough gas to get anything over a medium heat. It is very inconvenient to have to crawl underneath the right shelve to plug in your battery power pack if you want to see your temperature or use the smart application on your phone. This doesn’t apply if you have a nearby electrical outlet and elect to plug in the grill there. It’s very easy to neglect to shut off your burners before lighting. If they aren’t off, it could blow up in your face if the gas supply valve is already on. Or, like I did leaving the side burner slightly open. When you hit ignition the spark goes to all burners. If the side burner valve is open, even a little and the lid is closed, after awhile you’ll be smelling something getting hot that shouldn’t. You’ll look around and see what used to be a nice shiny side burner lid turning dull and blue. Another reason to go through your mental checklist in preparation. Lastly, as good as the assembly instructions are, they could be a lot better. The print instructions and the smart phone application don’t always complement one another. There are still serious gaps in detail. Despite the care I took, I still used the wrong screws on one panel and had to remove it and redo them. Some steps are missing altogether. And that 2 hour estimate to assemble? It only applies if you’ve already done two or three of these. It took me about 12 hours or so. Would I buy this model again? Absolutely! But, I’d get the 4 burner model instead of the 3 so I could get more heat on the non-sear side. Happy grilling!!!
The grill has been great so far. Waiting the local stores to get more “CRAFTED” products. The only issue I have so far Probe 1 seems like it doesn’t work anymore I plug into probe 2 and works fine.

It's been a long time since I have had a new grill. I received this one as a retirement gift after 45 years. Way more useful than a gold watch. Very nice grill!
The smart grill feature is incredible. Makes any piece of meat or fish come out perfectly, particularly pieces that are harder to get just right like chicken or fish.
