Its a LOT of grill - more so than I anticipated. For an old guy (70) this grill can be daunting. The directions for using could have more clarity. The ONLY disappointment I have is there's no indication of the temperature within the cooking cavity of the grill

You have the option of using a rechargeable power bank OR the power cord with your grill. The power bank should be USB-Certified and have a minimum of 10,000 mAh.
We understand that not everyone has access to an outdoor outlet and we want to include all of our grillers!

Th digital thermometer does not stay on constantly, I have to toggle it on and off to see temp. For the money spent. It would have been nice to have an old school temperature gauge minted on the front face. I’ve found it difficult to maintain a 225 degree temp.

I have sent multiple emails aboul damage to the side compartment. You keep sending emails back saying i have not replied back to you, but have. You have been give my phone number but no calls.
I would recommend this to a friend!

With all the all the technology like fridge & stove you cannot see your finger prints. This Genesis grill you can see all your finger prints all over, find myself cleaning fingers prints. WEBER upgrade your material! Over all great grill.
It doesn't get as hot as I would like and it takes too long to warm up to grilling temperature. My other Genesis and my Summit grills get mush hotter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
