Had to send it back. Kept tripping the breakers even after I had an electrician come out.

We appreciate your feedback on the Pulse 2000. What’s better than seeing a deep sear mark on your meat? The key to accomplishing these results is to keep your food in place. To properly sear food on this unit, here are some helpful steps.

1. Turn the control knob(s) to the high setting and preheat the grill to 500°F (260°C).

2. Brush the cooking grates clean with a stainless steel bristle grill brush.

3. Adjust the setting to the temperature noted in the recipe.

4. Place food on cooking grates and close the lid of the grill.

5. Turn your food only once during the grilling time. Lift the lid only to turn the food or check for the doneness at the end of the recommended grilling time.

Sometimes we tend to flip our food before it reaches the desired level of color and flavor. In nearly all cases, you should turn food just once. If you are moving it more than that, you are probably also opening the lid too often which causes its own set of problems. So step back and trust the grill.

We would like to know more about your experience and offer our support. Please look for our email outreach soon. Thank you!

I wanted to love it

I wanted to love it, this is an expensive electric grill. The only grill I can have at our apartment. It does not hold heat. I can not make smash burgers, I can’t make much. It only works in the summer when it’s 90 degrees out. If you need to keep it open - not a chance. It’s been four months and I hate it. It gives me anxiety with how much money it is. Today we got an error 4 notice. I use this expensive grill to meal prep chicken once a week. Don’t waste your money. It won’t keep the heat and you can’t get the grill and flavors you want.

Best electric grill ever. Beautifully designed. Performs very close to a gas grill. Being in a condo we can only have electric and this one does the trick.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like that it gets up to and over 600 Degrees F. I can sear all my proteins and vegetables like a gas or coal grill.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great grill for patio, lanai where gas/charcoal is not allowed. Easy clean up. However, quite disappointed that the Pulse is not equipped for a griddle attachment.
I would recommend this to a friend!
