Once I was resigned to only being able to have an electric grill (it’s all my building will allow), I started researching options. I am so glad I found this Weber! The Pulse 2000 is perfect for me. It is easy to move w/ the wheeled cart, easy to clean & food tastes great.

The Weber Pulse 2000 Electric Grill is a very well made product and is consistent with the quality I have come to expect from Weber. Very well designed and built and is head and shoulders above all other electric grills I considered. We are required to have an electric grill for our Florida condo, otherwise I would have gone with a Weber gas grill - I have a Genesis II at our home in the Midwest. And while the Pulse 2000 comes close, it isn't quite as good for grilling steaks and burgers as the Genesis II. But for an electric grill that is extremely well made and is easy to use, this is the best product on the market - in my opinion.

So far so good. Cooks great for an electric grill I am impressed. Did have some power issues at beginning with it triggering GFI but trick was to plug into a different circuit a few times and let the controller settle in. Now no issues on outdoor GFI.

Awesome Grill!!

I purchased this grill when it first came out a few years ago. We live in a condo and had to switch over to electric. I have only used gas and charcoal grills in the past and very was skeptical of an electric grill. I have used the grill now hundreds of times and this grill is amazing. It is hands down the best grill I have ever owned. Period... I would buy it again in a heartbeat. I love the probes and the included app for my phone..
I have never had a problem tripping breakers and it heats up very fast for me. The grill gets very hot (600 degrees) and I have never had a problem searing anything. One of the worries I had was cooking large roasts and the electric burner not being able to keep up with the heat demand. I have cooked several large roasts and have never had an issue with this.
I was worried about not getting the smokey grilling flavors on an electric grill, but this also is not the case. The juices from the meat you are cooking fall onto the electric burner and turn to smoke. The flavors are amazing...
Bottom line, this is the third Weber grill that I have owned (one gas, one charcoal, and now one electric). This is by far my favorite!!! The heat is so controllable that I never burn anything anymore. I cook about twice a week with the grill, everything from fish, to burgers, to steaks, to large roasts... Love this grill!!!

Great electric grill - and great support from Webe

Some issues at beginning, as the unit kept tripping my GFCI. But Weber support fixed it likety split - they sent me a new heater and controller, overnight, so I was able to diagnose it was the heater. Now I am up and running The unit easily get up to 555F on a windy day. Made a wonderful 3 pound prime rib last night - we are so pleased with this grill. Easy to clean too.

I hope to love this grill. However, as many reviewers have mentioned, our grill error's out. We are waiting on a replacement part and remain hopeful. Quality control should be checking these units before shipping them.

No accessories/videos in U.S./Can. App needs work

No accessories available in the U.S. Short range for grill contact. Some difficulty understanding use directions- a video would be helpful. Contacted support but questions were never answered. App needs work. Grill itself seems to work fine.

Great grill

Grill is great. If you only heat one side, the digital temp gauge will only ever show about 475. Crank them both on it will get up to 605. Those that are complaining about it heating up too slow may only be using one side. I now just make it a habit to turn both on to make sure its all heating up as much as possible.
