This is the best weber grill I've ever owned. The storage is amazing and it heats up quickly. The burners are better than my older Weber. All in all it is an excellent grill that will last a long time. Assembly took 2 people one and a half hours.
There is so much space and very even heating throughout. The searing zone is extremely effective. I love the side element, and while it's not very powerful, it's really nice to have.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for your great feedback! We love hearing from our fans and it means a lot to us that you love your grill.
We are surprised to hear that you find the side burner to be underpowered, as it should provide a strong flame that withstands the elements.

Absolutely love this grill. My previous Weber grill was 13 years old and was still in great shape, but wanted to upgrade to a larger size. The prep area is a good size to old multiple items and the side burner is great for heating up sauce for wings. The coolest feature are the Weber crafted series inserts. A little bit of a learning curved with the heat and the pizza stone, but makes great pizzas and quesadillas. The sear grate works beautifully for steaks and chicken (haven’t done fish yet). Planning on getting the other attachments to try as well.
It was fairly simple to put together, the instructions were pretty straight forward. Not much more to say about that.
Overall, I’d rate the grill a 10/10 for the money. Weber grills last way longer than other brands that I’ve known people to have, so I feel it’s worth the investment in in a quality product.
Wonderful grill. This is my sixth Weber, and so far my favorite. I also had a 300 series for natural gas and another for propane gas. Previous to gas I had several kettle grills that used charcoal. All have been well made and lasted for years with replacement parts available to increase the number of years of use.
I like my new grill, but it seems to take a long time to get up to temperature. Also when I was putting it together, I found a couple of pices of rubber in the bottom of the box. It turns out they are bumpers for the lid to rest on when it is closed. I requested new ones but have not yet received them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry to hear your grill is taking a long time to heat up and the rubber bumpers for the lid are damaged. We are happy to help.
It sounds like you may be activating a safety device built into the regulator. This safety device is a component of all LP gas regulators and is designed to reduce the flow of gas in the event of a leak.
You can inadvertently activate the safety device without having a gas leak. Typically, this occurs if you do not wait a sufficient time between opening the tank valve and the burner control knobs or if one or more of the burner control knobs is in an open position when opening the LP tank valve. When the safety device has been activated the grill is referred to as being in “bypass”.
Keep in mind that the safety device reacts to gas leaks. If a grill is in bypass, the gas connections and hose should be tested for leaks with a soap and water solution.
If you do activate the gas regulator safety device, the grill may struggle to reach high temperatures or may not light at all, even with all burners on the START/HIGH setting.
To ensure that you are not inadvertently activating the safety device as you turn on the grill, please use the following procedure:
-Turn all burner control knobs to OFF, including the side burner control knob if present.
- Visually confirm all burners are extinguished (no flame present)
-Make sure the grill lid is open. Open the LP tank valve and then wait at least 60 seconds. This will allow the hose and regulator to pressurize.
-Turn the appropriate burner control knob for your model grill to the START/HIGH position and then ignite the grill by pushing the ignition button.
-Turn each of the other burner control knobs to high, one at a time, and press the igniter button (if applicable for your model). Repeat this process until all the burners have been lit.
-Close the grill lid.
-The grill should reach approximately 500 to 550 degrees in 10-15 minutes.
When you are done grilling:
-Turn all burner control knobs to the OFF position
-Turn off the LP tank valve last.

Love my new Genesis 4 burner grill. Especially been impressed with the griddle. Between the griddle and the grill I can cook everything from fried eggs to amazing steaks. I also switched from propane to natural gas which makes everything super convenient.
Grill works great . Just wish the little extras could have been included , like the lighted handle or the pizza grill plate . Adding those on is going to be another added cost on top of an already expensive grill ..Thank you for your time keep on grilling . Summer time grilling
