I purchased grill on April 30 and the starting mechanism stopped working on August 15th. Weber sent me a new starter which after I installed it the problem was not resolved. Weber then sent me a whole new starting mechanism which I have not installed yet. I am happy that they are sending me the parts they think I may need to fix the problem but not happy that the problem happened on the first place.

I like the grill, lots to like. I think the gauge or whatever to tell you how much propane is left in the tank isn’t as good as my Weber Summit but then the Summit is a lot more $$. I like the slide out drip pan under the grill, makes it way easy to clean. But DO NOT buy this grill unless it’s been pre-assembled. It was a nightmare trying to put the thing together. Just DON’T DO IT>
Very happy with the performance of our CMy wife and I put it together in about 5 hours and while we stumbled a bit with the essentially all-pictures assembly manual, on-line videos helped us along where the pictures alone weren't enough. In that one regard a supplemental sheet with some key points written out would have been helpful. But can't question the parts quality nor the engineering of the design and solid construction once its put together. And finally how the food (particularly items that are seared or retain the smoke grilling) tastes --- we've previously owned Weber's before, but this one really does the job well and its nice to have the side burner.
Great grill with one exception. Unclear why the models differ so much. Ours is propane and does not have the digital features available on the natural gas models. Really enjoying the size of the grilling surface as well as the ability to cook in a wok on the left half. The upper level expansion to double its size helped with cooking corn on the cob by the indirect method. Known ng how much propane is left via the hanging scale is a plus. Too bad it’s so awkward making the attachment when hanging a full bottle. Engineering! I’m looking forward to further broaden our BBQ horizons!
Great all around grill, exactly what you would expect from weber. Temperature is consistent throughout the grilling area, no hot/cold spots. No flare ups. 10yr warranty is a huge plus too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is our 1st Weber Grill replacing our old non-Weber Grill. We are very happy with the heavy-duty quality build and cook of this grill.
