Awesome grilling surface and double warming rack

Great value at this price point. Even heating throughout the zones. Like all the storage. Grill is well constructed and the fit and finish is good. Only con is no grill lights, which would be a nice feature in this price range. I’m using a Weber motion handle light, which takes away from the overall look of the grill.

If You Can Afford It........BUY IT !!

Alright so I decided to " Pull The Trigger " and buy the Genesis E-435 Grill . I've had it now for 4 days and have used it twice already , and all I can say is "WOW" !! Now I will say that the paper instructions could be a little bit better . However , I myself downloaded the " BILT " app on my Iphone ( It's FREE ) , and found those instructions to be much better on the app . So I would highly recommend that you do the same also. After getting this beauty built , We fired her up , closed the lid , and ran it on high for 20 minutes to burn off any residue that it had . It smoked for about 10 minutes , then stopped . At first I was a little concerned that I had built it wrong , and that the smoke might be the wires burning....But all was good , No wires were harmed in this burn off ! So a few hours later , We fired her up again to grill some Steaks and some Shrimp along with a couple Jalapenos thrown on . This grill ( and the steaks ) didn't disappoint . This is truly a quality grill . The 2 accessories that I would recommend immediately are 1 - The Weber Cover , You definitely want to protect this gem from the elements. And this is a nicely made quality cover

2- The Grill N ' Go Light . This is an absolute must for evening grilling . Fits quickly and easily on the lift bar , and lights this beauty up perfectly.
Weber easily got 5 Stars from me on this Grill ( And Their 2 Accessories). Yes , I would easily recommend the E-435 grill .

This grill is outstanding in every way. Design. Manufacturing. Packaging. I wanted a griddle more than a grill so I added Weber’s full size cast iron griddle to it and it’s amazing. If I have to cook on a grill I can switch it up but committing to the griddle has presented huge benefits. I’m more engaged in the cook because it’s a more controlled cook, have more food options, healthier because there is no flame and it’s a cleaner cook meaning less maintenance. I could go on but I think you get the idea. I do believe this grill/griddle is superior to the other griddles on the market.

This grill works beautifully. Very flexible in terms of available cooking styles and temperatures. Mine is natural gas, which allows me very long cooking cycles when needed. I would recommend this to anyone.

Amazing grill! Picked this over a competitor brand because of the weber crafted accessories. Also got the griddle and its awesome! New castors are strong. Folding warming rack is great! One of my favorite things about a Weber is the way it holds true to desired temp u want.

Very efficient with a quick heat-up to target temperature. The sere zone is very powerful, so mind the time. Every other feature is innovative and a vast improvement over what my 18 year-old Weber Gold had. The only thing I would change is to make the tool hooks deeper, to keep tongs, etc. more secure and less apt to fall out.
