Great looking grill. Now the downside. Upon delivery, ignitor for the side burner didn’t work. Contacted Weber and they sent a new ignitor assembly. I had to install and now the burner is functioning. Two weeks of ownership and the stainless grates are rusting. Contacted Weber and they shipped a full set of new grates. Upon receipt I checked the grates with a magnet and in fact they are strongly magnetic. So the grates are a low grade of stainless so I will see how long these ones last. On the positive side, Weber customer service was very pleasant to work with and very responsive. Summing up, I would expect more from a grill this expensive.

What a great grill, compared to all of the other grills i have had, this one blows them out of the water.

Instructions are terrible. It s al pictures. I’m not mentally challenged. Neve states what’s left or right. Had to reassemble three times. Put words with the pictures!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my second Genesis We left the one I bought in 2016 at our other house for our son. This one has a lot of improvements, I like the raised side burner grid so larger skillets will fit. the burners are very controllable for better tempreture control. The roller casters are much more robust with very solid wheel locks.
Great value at this price point. Even heating throughout the zones. Like all the storage. Grill is well constructed and the fit and finish is good. Only con is no grill lights, which would be a nice feature in this price range. I’m using a Weber motion handle light, which takes away from the overall look of the grill.
