Great for anyone who does photography/videography because you can store all your RAW files and it won't make a dent in the storage. Nice and quiet, not too heavy and can easily be shared by whole family

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great as extra storage for music since it is small enough if you had to travel with it. The hub feature is nice as well. The write times are a bit slow so better to plan ahead when using it. It has pointed edges so just be careful not to bump it off things

Reliable backup drive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 8 Tb serves as a reliable computer backup. I was able to backup my MacBook to this device within one hour. Within the software I was able to schedule daily backups. I plan to backup my phone photos to this as well. This is easy to use and quick to transfer files.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a little intimidating for a beginner like me. Its easy enough to plug in and download (gives you step by step instructions that you follow). But then there is a website that's having you click on things and download, and there's also software you click on. So i got a bit confused of what was necessary and what was extras. Once I got the software downloaded, it went right to backing up my photos, videos, and documents. It definitely gives you peace of mind, knowing that these things are being saved.

You will never run out of storage with this

- Photo storage
- In place of Apple cloud
- For gaming storage
- Old documents
- In place of Apple cloud

I originally was going to get a smaller storage size (1-2 TB), but I like that I don't have to worry about maintaining multiple hard drives in the future as my photo/video library grows.
Even with years of photos, gaming storage and more, I still have so much room left on this! It's also easy to use and reliable. Highly recommend to anyone.

The usb-c and USB 3.0 make transferring Date super fast and easy. The mylio app makes Organization of my file so easy and fast . I love it.

Great Backup System

I have both mac and windows machines and it works well for both. It includes password protection and data recovery services. I'm not an IT professional, but this one serves a good purpose.
