Piece of crap. Gets disconnected very often. Very bad when you compare with Surface pro docs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Almost perfect, wish it had more thunderbolt ports. Had to buy another brands 4 port thunderbolt hub. Able to connect 2 4k monitors via displayport, had random monitor blinking problems with the HDMI and usb-c output to monitors. Enough usb ports for legacy external hard drives/flash drives and other devices.

Super easy single Thunderbolt 4 cable connection to my ThinkPad. Amazing amount of monitor real estate for all my multi-tasking needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dock itself is great, good build quality, but the Thunderbolt 4 cable included for the connection is *very* short, maybe 2 foot at most. Would have been 5 stars with a longer cable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using this dock with my work laptop. Which is a HP G6, works perfectly with the TB3 port on the laptop. Charges my laptop and utilizes my 2560x1440P 3 displays connected via DP and USB-C. Also, hardwired via ethernet. Using it on 2 personal devices as well. One is a X1 Yoga Gen 8 and the other T480S. No issues with either of those as well. All external displays, USB, and ethernet connect and work great!

Great docking station if you have a Core i5/i7

If you compare it around to generic docking stations its about half (?) the price. I always feel like these go out of stock so it's best to grab one when you can. I guess its expensive due to the power requirements when using it with mobile workstations.
