[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fairly compact for the number of ports provided. I like how USB C and USB A are available on the front for easy access. The port selection on the rear is excellent as well with RJ-45 and enough USB A ports and Display Ports/HDMI ports to satisfy a power user with a triple monitor set up. Thunderbolt on the rear is a nice touch as well. The USB C cable that comes included can and should be longer -- It is too short to reach a laptop that is positioned at some distance from the dock and so I found it difficult to get my connected laptop in the preferred place and position.
I am using this dock with the ThinkPad T16 Gen 3 and multiple Linux distros. Multiple monitors are working and all seems well on the compatibility front when using distros with newer 6.8+ kernels.

However, this one doesn’t have enough power to charge some of the heavier duty portable workstations like the Lenovo ThinkPad P16v. Had to return and replace with a similar but more powerful model.
Also, the split charging cable is not included and needs to be purchased separately. It can be confusing to know which docking station and cable combination you need when purchasing even though Lenovo has online tools to help.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking to upgrade from a Thunderbolt 3 gen 2 dock and when I went to plug into the new device only one monitor would work (of 3). I tried updating firmware and still no luck. Never really had any issues with Lenovo equipment and surprised that this didn't work great. Ended up returning it and going back to my old dock that still works great. Will probably try another one down the road and assume i just got a bad one.
