[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using the dock with a X1 Carbon Gen 9 and 2 Dell displays. When the computer goes to sleep and wakes up the displays often dont reconnect. Have to reboot or disconnect/re-connect dock.

HDMI doesn't work, same issue w/ thunderbolt3 dock

About to send several dozen of these back to lenovo, the HDMI ports are problematic in that it doesn't work on this model at all. Our company also has Thunderbolt 3 workstation docks and the 2nd HDMI port doesn't work on those either (all of them). It's clearly a design issue and Lenovo has done nothing to fix the problem. Don't waste your time with this product if you want to run 4 screens and a laptop simultaneously, like we can do with our old dell d3100 docks.
