You can't start you laptop with the dock plugged in. Oftentimes it makes all displays flash and you have to either replug into laptop or completely restart. It doesn't let me plug two external monitors so one has monitor is plugged directly into laptop. As I'm writing this, the monitor going through the dock is blank so I need to do something to get it going again.

This new Thinkpad Thunderbolt 4 is rocking its job on our additional new laptop. Tried a different brand and it failed in under a year. The Thinkpad Thunderbolt 4 provides all of the ports we need for various items and is very friendly - just plug everything in and it goes, nothing required, no real IT knowledge.
