[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this as an upgrade to the Thunderbolt 3. I have two 4k monitors. My laptop is the limiting factor in utilizing this docking station to its fullest potential. I still can't see 4k on both of my monitors. The docking station is solid!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Make sure you get the correct power supply. I needed a 170w and it cam with a 135w for a P1 (nice laptop). Mine does have the occasional glitch - especially if power settings are to turn off monitors - so have to leave them on and use screen saver. Hope that gets fixed.
