Great fridge, but get the panels elsewhere, don’t

Love the fridge, but the panel promo is a scam. Nothing is in stock. We wanted an all-white fridge, but had to buy a stainless steel one to get it in time, but figured we could get the white panels with the promo. Nope.
I’m sure I’ll get the auto-response too with all the support links, but the phone number goes to the people running the promo, and the support fb messenger link is unhelpful since they don’t know much about the promo or inventory of the panels.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Panel Arrived Damaged

i got an extra set of panels a few months ago and didnt open the box until recently when i was ready to change the panels. i was dissapointed to find the bottom panel was badly bent and dented and now i am unable to use the panels because i’m not willing to pay $150 for one panel. it is my fault for waiting so long to open the panels, but i figured i would chat with samsung just in case they offered any solutions but sadly they couldn’t. now i have 3 good panels and 1 damaged one. the glass panels are much sturdier i regret getting the stainless steel as it is extremely thin and easily bent.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been shopping for a new refrigerator for about five years always finding something I didn't like. I can honestly say there isn't anything I don't like about this one. Not only does it have everything on my list it has extras. First it has the Flex zone drawer I love it. Being able to change from a large produce drawer to a deli drawer to a meat drawer to a wine drawer that is genius. Then their is the fast freeze selection which will come in handy when it's 90 plus and you have bags and bags of groceries. Get them cooled down quickly so they don't start to turn. The metal all cooling feature makes the fridge so energy efficient I can't wait to see my new power bill. Then there are a few things I always but never had like a door alarm I'm so guilty o9f not closing the door all the way it's already let me know about it 3 times . One of the greatest features is you can change the outside color of the fridge that's really a great idea. As two appliances never need to be replaced at the same time which is why I have 3 different colors but because of this I will only have 2 ordering panels to match my one other appliance. The wifi set up to check it while your way is another idea that someone with some smarts thought of. I also love the beverage center the two ice cubes and the water pitcher are a great idea. Those outside water dispenser always looked so dirty and full of germs this is so much more sanitary really like it. I'd say all in all I'm very happy with this fridge and hope to have for many years to come..

False Advertising

We purchased the fridge back in November. Still haven't received the "free" panels. Says they are not available for delivery in my area or they are out of stock. I completed a request to email me when the panels were back in stock. I literally just got the email letting me know it was available 30 minutes ago and went in to order and it still says unavailable. False advertising. I plan to contact BBB. Too many customers with the same experience. Shameful for what I considered a trusted brand.

This refrigerator is beautiful. It's smart and I like almost everything about it except that the panels for the top are longer than they need to be. This wouldn't be a problem except the refrigerator opening we put it into has cabinets on top. The panels on the door are taller than they need to be and so they block my cabinets above the refrigerator from opening. The panels do not need to be so tall and if they weren't so tall I'd have functioning doors above the refrigerator. Please make some shorter panels for the top doors!

Super easy to install

Only downside is that our delivery person was supposed to install them and told Us he couldn’t because it was a liability for him; so, that left us to do it. Again, these were super easy to install but we shouldn’t have had to do it in the first place.
