Cant customize the colors?

Everything about Bespoke is that you can customize the colors but theres no place to actually do that. They advertise all these colors with no way of actually picking them and ordering them. IT WAS THE HOLE REASON WE BOUGHT THIS FRIDGE. "Choose panels now, and change them later" this quote is a lie for half of the colors they advertise.

A LIGHT TAP WITH A BOTTLE AND THE WHOLE PANEL SHATTERED. THE REPLACEMENT PART IN THE CHARCOAL BLACK GLASS HAS BEEN OUT OF STOCK IN MY ZIP CODE FOR AREA OVER 6 MONTHS. WHAT A JOKE

Not a good experience

What a nightmare we have been having with this product so far. We also purchased with the promise of the rebate for use in the blue panels. We aptly got approved for the rebate and got a code and link to use. It does not work. The panels say they are available at my zip code in the cart but after going through the payment process and putting in the promo code I get an error that inventory can’t be confirmed. I have escalated and escalated. Every couple of days I get a note saying to try again with some strange new directions. They all end up the same. I’ve asked if they can just order on the back end to no success. All this and the door on the left does not close easily and service on this has not proven well either. Buyer beware.

I feel like I have been scammed. I bought this refrigerator (4 door French door) because of the rebate, knowing I could get the black panels. Now that my rebate is available, you never have the black panels available for all 4 of my panels. NOT good!

Misleading Panel Offer

Like many others, I too have been fooled into thinking I could order another set of panels for free via Samsung's promotion. For the last two months, the panels have been out of stock. I set up a notification when they are back in stock, but even when then they appear out of stock within seconds (not even minutes). If you are thinking of getting this fridge because you like the idea of being able to change its looks via a panel swap, just know that you won't receive a 2nd set any time soon, if at all.

Panel Promotion Scam

Note, I am happy with the fridge quality itself. However, I purchased this refrigerator based on the representation that the exterior panels could be changed to different colors. However, the black panels that were a key part of my decision have never been available.
Had I known that these panels would be consistently unavailable, I would not have made this purchase. At this point, it feels misleading to market this feature when customers cannot actually access the options promised.
I would appreciate clarification on why the black panels are not available and whether they will be restocked, as well as what solutions are being offered to customers who purchased the appliance based on this promotion.

a bunch of decepti-cons - not really truthful in what they advertise. I bought the fridge for the function (which honestly works good, love the water pitcher & ice feature) - however the interchangeable panels no longer available.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
