Love the interchangeable panels on the Bespoke

Piece of junk

If I could give zero stars, I would. This refrigerator has been nothing short of a disaster—and not just the product, but the entire experience from installation onward.
The delivery team installed the panels incorrectly, leaving them half popped off and broken. Since then, I’ve had technicians come back FOUR separate times, and not a single one of them has known what to do. Each visit ends with shrugged shoulders, confusion, and vague promises to “follow up”—which, of course, never happens.
Even worse, there’s no one to speak to who actually understands the product or can communicate clearly. Every phone call or chatbox turns into a frustrating game of broken telephone. I’ve spent hours on the phone and chat, repeating myself endlessly, only to be told someone will come fix it. They don’t.
The product itself might be fine—if it were installed properly—but after this circus of incompetence, I wouldn’t recommend Samsung to my worst enemy. Spend your money somewhere that values your time, your home, and your sanity.

Classy and sophisticated

I love my four-door French door bespoke refrigerator with the family hub. I do not like how delicate the glass panels are. I ordered several colors and of course all of the colors I like most were shattered and broke and discontinued so I am left with a few panels that are OK overall I do love my Refrigerator. It is a very sophisticated look in my kitchen.

Panel Arrived Damaged

i got an extra set of panels a few months ago and didnt open the box until recently when i was ready to change the panels. i was dissapointed to find the bottom panel was badly bent and dented and now i am unable to use the panels because i’m not willing to pay $150 for one panel. it is my fault for waiting so long to open the panels, but i figured i would chat with samsung just in case they offered any solutions but sadly they couldn’t. now i have 3 good panels and 1 damaged one. the glass panels are much sturdier i regret getting the stainless steel as it is extremely thin and easily bent.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

10 MONTHS AND STILL NO PANEL! TOP WHITE PANEL!

PLEASE BE AWARE IF YOU ARE BUYING THIS FRIDGE MAKE SURE IT COMES WITH PANELS READY TO INSTALL. DO NOT BUY WITHOUT PANELS ! I BOUGHT THIS FRIDGE LAST NOVEMBER AND I STILL DONT HAVE THE PANELS TO INSTALL THEM. I ONLY HAVE THE BOTTOM AND MIDDLE PANEL THAT CAME IN MARCH. IM STILL WAITING FOR THE TOP PANEL TO COME SINCE MARCH ITS BEEN OVER 5 MONTHS OF WAITING. BEING THAT I SPENT OVER $3000 ON THIS FRIDGE YOU WOULD EXPECT THE PANELS TO COME ALONG WITH IT BUT NO IT COMES WITH IT INDIVIDUALLY AND GOODLUCK HAVING ALL OF THEM IN STOCK. IVE CONTACT SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IVE HAD NOTHING BUT THE WORST EXPERIENCE! THEY KEEP GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND WITH EVERY REPRESENTATIVE IVE SPOKEN WITH. WHEN I CHECK THE WEBSITE IT SAYS THE PANELS ARE AVAILABLE BE TO SHIP BUT MIGHT HAS BEEN IN PROCESS FOR MONTHS. UNLESS YOU WANT TO GO THROUGH THE EXPERIENCE IVE HAD THAN FOLLOW MY ADVICE AND BUY IT WITH THE PANELS ALREADY INCLUDED IT WILL SAVE YOU A LOT OF HEADACHE.

Great idea - terrible execution

Ordering the panels for this refrig is a confusing and obfuscated process. It took two hours at the store to find out that they only had panels available in weird colors that nobody wants. So I ordered online and after three tries have to receive the right sizes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
