Cant customize the colors?

Everything about Bespoke is that you can customize the colors but theres no place to actually do that. They advertise all these colors with no way of actually picking them and ordering them. IT WAS THE HOLE REASON WE BOUGHT THIS FRIDGE. "Choose panels now, and change them later" this quote is a lie for half of the colors they advertise.

Bought this fridge for my wife specifically because of the clementine color panels (orange being her favorite color) and they were never available and finally just got discontinued all together. It’s a decent fridge but that totally blows. Thanks again Samsung you always find a way to disappoint.

Panel rebate fail

The only fridge in stock had the blue panels on top but knowing I’d get a rebate for the white panels, I bought the refrigerator. Many, many months later, the white panels are still not in stock and I’m stuck with a fridge color that isn’t ideal. Horrible…

False advertising!

False advertising! Website advertises option to CUSTOMIZE by photo or design, yet no way to really choose that option when shopping for more panels in MyBespoke. What was going to be a heartfelt custom designed gift, turned into a disappointment because the colors after all these years have not been upgraded!

Discontinued everything good about this fridge

Bought the fridge specifically for the pink panels which have apparently been discontinued and are no longer available anywhere. I feel like I’ve been totally scammed, how is this a “bespoke” fridge when you discontinue everything that makes it bespoke. Such a huge waste of my time and money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Panels out of stock

I bought this fridge 2 months ago and I have no problem with it. However, the panels are always out and it is impossible to get color that I want. Hence 3 stars

I do love the 4 door hub refrigerator but what I am most annoyed with is the lack of panels available and the lack of customer service in this regard.
