a bunch of decepti-cons - not really truthful in what they advertise. I bought the fridge for the function (which honestly works good, love the water pitcher & ice feature) - however the interchangeable panels no longer available.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Scratch easily

It waste of money, I have changed the panel six months ago because of some scratches on the previous panel. Now I am stuck with another scratched panel. This refrigerator get scratched easily, I had an LG refrigerator for more than 20 years without any issues like that.

Discontinuing Design Left Only Weak Functionality

The original variety of colors and the prospect of changing the exterior by stocking a variety of panels to swap in/out originally provide a differentiating ability to evolve the appliance's design appeal over time. The facade isn't functional, but it did a lot to make the lackluster feature set easier to shrug your shoulders and not pay much attention to. Without making the functionality any better, Samsung discontinued almost the entire palette of visual appeal. But my "Morning Update" consists of a weather report, an inaccurate refrigerator contents report, and the same 30 second commercial for a news channel whose content is actually not part of the report. The "Morning Report" functional faceplant is just one story, but its theme seems to prevail frequently in the application features I'm leaving unmentioned as well.
Software updates seem to be more about revoking the existence of apps that are no longer functional, reducing value, not expanding it (not always, but often enough...)
