The blender works relatively well. It sometimes turns off on its own while on the "Low" power mode, with no apparent cause as to why, but it turns right back on if I unlock it, and re-lock it to the base. I've also used the juicer attachment, which I love. However, it too has some unexplainable issue. It looks as though the inner part, where the metal "basket" looking part in the center attaches to where the fruit/veg remains get separated into, has somehow been damaged. I haven't used any of the parts in the dishwasher and nothing has stopped working, so I'm confused as to why the center looks as though its been chipped away at and it now serrated, when it was purchased smooth and undamaged. Overall, works well, just not sure if it will last me awhile.

If I would of kept the box I would return it. The blender is so messy. The blade is attached to a plastic device that leaks. When you twist the pitcher off the bottom stays on the blender dumping everything out.

All 3 pieces are easy to assemble and use. There are only 3 speeds on the base--high, low and pulse which I don't like. That's ok for the juicer, but not so much for the blender and the food processor. In order to chop or shred in the food processor, you need to insert special blades.
I would recommend this to a friend!
