I received the Cuisinart 800 model from RBC Rewards about a month ago. It arrived promptly. I was extremely disappointed because the machine did not run AT ALL. I phoned Cuisinart Customer Service and a woman worked with me to try to get the machine running. Finally she had me depress the small black "reset" button on the top of the base with a pen nib. It worked and I was so pleased. We tried all three parts, the food processor, the blender and the juicer. A couple of days later when I went to use the machine again, NOTHING HAPPENED not even when I depressed the reset button. No part of the machine ran no matter which electrical outlet I tried. So, I gave up and contacted RBC REWARDS. They sent me the instructions for returning the product which I did. Very disappointing. I have since purchased another brand of food processor and have had no trouble. Sorry for such a bad review, but that machine simply was a "dud".

its been okay, a bit disappointed in this cuisinart multitasker. blender doesn't stay in place so shuts off. the latch for juicer and processor jams and makes connection extremely difficult.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It works well for making salsa but won’t blend ice or frozen berries for a smoothie even after adding more liquid to it.

We have returned 2 of these units and would not recommend them to anyone. We used them to blend sauces and both overheated and stopped working. Never again!

If I would of kept the box I would return it. The blender is so messy. The blade is attached to a plastic device that leaks. When you twist the pitcher off the bottom stays on the blender dumping everything out.

Don’t throw out your blender! The food processor and juice extractor work very well, but the blender doesn’t do near the job that my Ninja blender does.
