While the processor and blender work well, the machine overheats quickly which requires about a 45 minute cool down before you can resume work. Compared to my previous Cuisinart products, this was seems to be more plastic and lower quality. I will be curious to see how long it lasts.

The food processor blades are so low it doesn't evenly chop or process food. I tried to rice cauliflower and had to finish it manually, which defeats the purpose. The blender should have more options. I like to be able to have chunks of fruit in my smoothies and it makes them completely liquid even on the pulse setting. It's definitely not the best, especially not for what I paid for it.

So disappointed! This food processor is so ineffective. I used it once to chop some crackers/cookies and it didn't do the job. Made much of the crackers on the bottom and didn't chop the crackers on top. I emptied the canister and tried again with much less crackers and still did the same thing.

Vert disappointed. Stem too tall to store base in cabinet. Tall stem prevents sifting flour into bowl. When processing flour and shortening, flour flies out the top just like Cuizinart I replaced.
