This is a replacement for Kitchen Aid mixer. I love that it tilts back but it is much lighter than Kitchen Aid

I love it! After only one use, I was asking myself what took me so long to get this stand mixer. It thoroughly mixed my dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and did not leave unmixed residue on the sides or bottom of the bowl. This mixer did a great job, was quiet, and did not move or shake like I have heard some mixers do. Very sturdy.

I have used my new Cuisinart stand mixer for all of my holiday cooking and baking recently. That includes yeast breads and numerous batches of cookie doughs. In the past I have owned Kitchenaid mixers so my expectations were very high for my Cuisinart mixer to compare. I was not disappointed at all. The Cuisinart power, features, and cost value out rank the Kitchaid model by quite a bit. Why pay an outlandish premium for all the hype when you can have a well designed and engineered appliance from an equally trusted brand name in the kitchen?
