I love the Precision Master and probably would have given it a 5 if it was not for the difficulty of adjusting the beater/whisk. I did the dime test and found the beater or whisk do not go down far enough into the bowl to mix batter at the bottom. The adjustment screw is so tight that after numerous attempts the screw head was getting stripped so we had to stop. We were able to lower the beater/whisk a small amount but not enough to correct the problem, so I need to remember to stop the process on occasion and mix from the bottom with my spatula.

This was my first stand-up mixer and I like it! If I were to give a suggestion it would be that you make them so that you can stir while it's mixing.
