Mixer is wonderful! Quiet and efficient, it lives up to reputation of Cuisinart. Price was purchasing factor and was within my budget guidelines. Very satisfied with my purchase. One negative is i would like the beater to reach bottom of bowl to incorporate ingredients without having to turn unit off, scrape bowl around and restart.
