Since the purchase of the 5.5-Quart Stand Mixer I really enjoy the ease of operation plus its easy to change beaters. While the mixer is in operation and the splash shield in place, its easy to add ingredients, also cleaning is a snap. So, bottom line, I'm thrilled with the mixer.

I'm a 71 year old man and always wanted a mixer. The first time I used it I made some Chocolate Chip Ice Cream cookies. Ooooh, so good. Read manual throughout and had a good experience with the usage. Want to try some bread next.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this mixer! I have used the kitchen aides and i just dont care for them as much as i do the Cuisenart! Ive made potato bread, cinnamon rolls , and pizza crust! They all turned out fantastic!
